These fundraising opportunities are available for students, parents and friends of the band program to help support the cost of this great program. Check the Calendar-at-a-Glance for key dates for each event. All of these programs rely heavily on student and parent volunteer efforts. Please review the MBB Volunteers page for descriptions of opportunities for helping out with these worthy programs.

Year Round Opportunities

Shop & Share is back again this year. Let's make it an even bigger and better success! Remember, all you need is a slip signed and turned in with your grocery shopping at any Jewel on one or more of the following dates (Mondays through Wednesdays):

Back to School: Late September
Early Thanksgiving Shopping: Mid-November
Holiday Shopping: Mid-December

When you use a Shop & Share slip at JEWEL, the Mustang Band Boosters get a 7% rebate! Plan to do your weekly shopping. Think ahead of items you will need for back to school, upcoming holiday celebrations, and meal planning! (Sale items also qualify for the Shop and Share rebate.)

Just download and print the updated Shop & Share slips (.pdf file). Copy and distribute to your relatives, friends and neighbors. (Just don't distribute in the vicinity of Jewel/Osco.) Thanks for your support! The Mustang Band Boosters will receive 7% of your sales on those dates and there's no limit on our potential profits!

Market Day offers parents and neighbors a wide selection of restaurant quality food products, value priced. To receive credit of 10% of Market Day sales in your student's account, all you have to do is include your band student's name with your order. You may order Market Day online at www.marketday.com. Check the "Calendar" link at the top of this page for order deadlines as well as pick-up dates and times. Online orders are usually due near the middle of each month (on a specific date) by noon on the Wednesday preceding the Saturday sale date.

Note: Profits for the months of September, November, December, February and April are shared with Special Needs. Profits during June, July and August are 100% for the BAND!

Dining Fundraisers  

Every year the Mustang Band Boosters partners with neighborhood restaurants for Dining Fundraisers. On the scheduled dates, the restaurants return a portion of the afternoon and/or evening's sales to the Mustang Band Boosters. The donations vary by restaurant, but typically range between 15%-25% of sales when accompanied by a promotion coupon. Coupons will be available for sharing with your friends, family and associates and are typically distributed during the Band Practices, via email and posted on our website.
