Banquet Reservations!
Time's running out, but you can still make your reservations
for the annual Mustang Band Awards Banquet to be held Thursday,
April 24th at Downers Grove South. Dinner, catered by Buona Beef,
will begin at 6:30 PM in the DGS Cafeteria/Cafetorium, followed
by an Awards Ceremony in the Main Auditorium at 8:00 PM. Please
join us as we celebrate another terrific year and recognize the
accomplishments of the students of all our Band Programs!

the Spring
Awards Banquet reservation form and return it with your payment

2008 Plant Sale -- Order Confirmations

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in this year's Plant
Sale. Over 250 orders have been taken, checked, and re-checked,
and Confirmation Forms for the orders are now posted for your
review. To ensure your order has been received, download the Order
Confirmation File and follow the instructions to view your
Order Confirmation. (Students can also use this file to review
all the orders they generated.)
Remember, delivery is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, May 3rd
(the weekend before Mother's Day), and ALL Flowers should be picked
up between 9:00-11:00 am. Students -- If you are not delivering to your
customers, please make sure they know when and where to pick up their
flowers.
And yes, we will looking for volunteers early Saturday morning, starting
at 6:00 am, to assist in unloading plants from the truck, sorting, and
pre-filling orders. Students and parents are both welcome, and students
will receive volunteer service credit for the activity.

Feeling left out? Wondering how to keep up-to-date?
Have you signed up for our mailing lists yet? We maintain several
mailing lists to share information about each of the Mustang Band
Programs, some with information specifically targeted to certain
groups ("Marching Mustangs", "Color Guard", etc.), others with
general information ("Everyone"). Add your e-mail address
to as many of our lists as you wish. Just scroll over the "About
MBB" menu item at the top of the page and then click on the
"Subscribe / Unsubscribe to MBB Mailing Lists" option.
When you get to the linked page, just follow the two step procedure
and you'll get all the latest news. (Use the same procedure to
Unsubscribe from a list when you change your email address.)

We now have two calendars to keep us informed. The
official Fine Arts Calendar lists all the music activities for
the entire year. And, the Marching Mustangs Calendar includes
all the activities of the Marching Band. Check them out under
the "Calendar" heading on the main menu at the top of
the page.
